Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a condition characterized by intrusive, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions). Our treatment programs are tailored to each individual and often include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, alongside medication when appropriate. We also provide family education and support to reduce accommodation behaviors and reinforce recovery efforts. Our compassionate approach empowers patients to break free from the cycle of OCD.
